Shipping and return policy

Processing time for your order: 1 week to 2 working weeks.

We guarantee consumer satisfaction. Sizes and colors are approximate and may be affected by the type of screen, lighting or device used.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of the same value or a refund is allowed. The return of the item(s) is at the customer's expense. If you receive your purchase damaged, you must contact us the day you take possession of your order. Thereafter, we do not cover breakage.

We accept exchanges for a period of 30 days following receipt of your order. You must contact us by email indicating your order number and the reason for the return. If the 30 day period is exceeded, we do not make exchanges or refunds. The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded.

For items that have ''free delivery'', when returning for a refund we will refund the total of the items (+ taxes) less the costs we had to pay when sending your order ( 1st shipment).

No exchange or refund on these items, as they are custom made for each customer: tank top, t-shirt (adult and child), cotton hoodie, hoodie, onesie, bag, mug, insulated glass.
